Shipping Policy

Allo Collectives is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may be left at your front door by the delivery service if no one is home to receive them. Once the package is delivered, we have no control over what happens to it.

We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned as "delivered" by any postal service. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we will initiate an investigation with the respective carrier to reach a resolution. However, we are not liable for packages once they have been delivered, nor for those lost, stolen, or delayed during transit.

For issues concerning package delivery or tracking, please contact the designated carrier directly using their customer service number provided at the time of shipping.

If you refuse a shipment from Allo Collectives, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties, and/or taxes incurred, and the cost of returning the package to us. These amounts will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the return fees exceed the total value of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
